My name is Bella and I am just over a year old. I am a very pretty blue girl. I came in to rescue after my former family left me at a shelter and I made the long journey here to rescue.
Let me tell you about myself. I am full of energy, bursting with it! I got at life with all 4 tires smoking and racing. I am good with people and other dogs but in my full-on approach to life I play very hard with both people and other dogs . I can forget how big I am in the process and need to be reminded.
I am also a Von Willebrand’s affected carrier. I just got through my spay and did just great but my forever family will need to be aware of this should I ever need a surgery or have a bad injury because I don’t clot as easily as dogs who don’t have this.
I need training as I was never taught even the basics in my former life. Leash training and obedience school is a must for me and a requirement for my adoption.
I would do best in a home that is active that will help me to run off my energy. My forever family should also have current young Doberman experience so they understand the needs of an adolescent Dobe. They must agree to take me to training and must possess patience and strong consistent leadership skills to help me be the best girl I can be.
